We started working with diva accessories in mid-2011, armed with a brief to increase engagement on its social media channels whilst refining the existing conversation with the target audience.
At the core of our strategy was the development of a daily content calendar for Facebook, designed to build ongoing conversation and encourage repeat visits to the site. It’s not about running competitions and offering freebies, it’s about engaging with the mindset of the demographic, appealing to the individual and standing out from the competition on this crowded social platform.
Now, we have almost 90,000 fans on Facebook and up to 15% month-on-month growth in active users.
